Sinister Smile Press, LLC (SSP) is interested in hiring a talented individual as a Social Media Influencer to join our team.

Your main goal will be gaining publicity for SSP through various social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and others. As a Social Media Influencer, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer campaigns to reach the desired target audience. You will also be responsible for creating content and making frequent social media posts.

To be successful in this job role, you should be energetic, personable, genuine, likeable, and convey the excitement and authenticity of our brand. You should be creative in developing influencer marketing strategies and executing them. You should also maintain a friendly relationship with the viewers as well as the followers, engaging them in an effective manner. You should always represent the Company in the best light.

You should possess phenomenal writing skills, amazing editing skills, and have a solid background as an Influencer on other channels, which can be personal channels.

Responsibilities

  • Connecting the brand and potential target audiences across various social networking platforms.

  • Developing and implementing innovative social media strategies.

  • Creating and writing relevant content for social media posts.

  • Publishing content as per the schedule.

  • Sharing important information and links via social media.

  • Working in collaboration with the SSP leadership.

  • Adhering to all the guidelines before publishing on social media.

  • Tracking weekly records of follower numbers and maintaining a list of the same.

  • Propagating genuine and authentic information with high enthusiasm.

  • Staying up to date with the latest trends across all social media networks.

  • Making suggestions to SSP leadership on additional platforms to use.

  • Keeping the goal of increased sales and followers in mind with every piece of content published.

Requirements

  • Proven record as a Social Media Influencer – must provide channels and follower numbers.

  • Demonstrate phenomenal understanding and knowledge of social media networking platforms.

    • Must be extremely proficient with TikTok with proven results.

  • Ability to build relationships via social media platforms.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in the English language.

  • Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent problem solving and networking skills.

  • Strong work ethics.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Good time management abilities.

  • Strong decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in Social Media Management tools such as Zoho, Buffer, Hootsuite, and others a bonus, but not required.

Position Details

  • This is an Independent Contractor position and Influencer will not be a direct employee of SSP.

  • Influencer can work when they want, how they want, and for as many hours as they want, as long as content is posted at peak times.

  • SSP will provide information on which subjects should be priority, however, Influencer will work independently and without supervision when brainstorming, creating, and publishing content, always making sure to portray SSP in a positive and professional light.

  • Compensation is a percentage of sales increases, paid monthly, based directly on Social Media Influencer's actions, as well as a free paperback copy of every Sinister Smile Press book released. Additional compensation details available upon signature of a non-disclosure agreement.
